What file types and dimensions are supported?
RemoveAnyBG supports standard JPEG, PNG, and still WebP images up to 10 MB in file size. The maximum image resolution supported is 12,000,000 pixels (up to 4096 pixels on the longest side). Animated GIFs and PDFs are not supported.
Why did I receive a "Server Busy" (503) message?
To maintain zero fees without degrading system resources or crashing co-hosted sites, our host enforces a controlled queue limit. If all processing slots are filled, the server returns a busy response. Simply wait 30 seconds and submit again.
How do I restore fine details the AI missed?
In the editor, switch to the Restore Brush tool. Click or drag over areas that were erroneously removed (such as hair strands, jewelry, or light-colored clothing edges). The tool seamlessly recovers pixels from the original photo.
Can I download transparent JPEGs?
No. The JPEG image standard does not support an alpha transparency channel. If you choose JPEG export, an opaque background (defaulting to white or your chosen color) will be filled in automatically. To keep transparency, choose PNG export.
