Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 17, 2026
1. Scope of Service
RemoveAnyBG is a free single-image background removal and editing tool. Service availability depends on finite shared server resources. We reserve the right to rate-limit requests, reject uploads exceeding size caps, or temporarily pause the processing queue during heavy load.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload illegal, defamatory, or infringing content. You agree not to attempt automated denial-of-service attacks, reverse engineer the host infrastructure, or bypass rate limits.
3. User Content Rights
You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload. RemoveAnyBG claims no copyright, license, or proprietary interest in your photos. We do not use your images to train AI models.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that automatic segmentation will produce perfect results on all images or that the service will be completely uninterrupted.
